well i haven't written lately, so here i am...
on friday, my hubby and i will drive to Île d'Orléans just outside Quebec City. We will be staying with friends while they are looking after the dog, cat and house....http://www.isledebacchus.com/ i can't wait. we will be there for a week...if anyone visiting this blog, go an visit the website... now i know it is written in French so what just visit anyway...i am planning to do a lot of drawing and taking pictures.

- Originally from Montreal, I have lived in Toronto since 1969 and have been painting in oils since 1999. I am mostly self-taught, however, I did study for a number of years under my mentor, Katarzyna Kabacinska. I am often inspired by the Impressionists and my paintings often explore landscape, still life, flowers and abstraction. I am now learning watercolour with a new mentor Bonnie Steinberg and hope to produce good work soon.
